BLOODY PIZZA

Bloody Pizza is the fruit of cooperation between the staff of the pizzeria and Lino Scarallo, chef of the Palazzo Petrucci one-Michelin-star restaurant.
Made with San Marzano (plum tomato) purée, emulsion of buffalo milk mozzarella cheese, crispy pastry balls, basil reduction and topped off with fresh basil.
